Dutch (1991) Will plays the role of "Teddy," who is a boy in a boarding school. Will has about three small scenes at the beginning of the film. How To Make An American Quilt (1995) Winona Ryder stars in this movie as a graduate student spending the summer at her grandmother's house. She meets the members of her grandmother's quilting bee and learns the secrets of each of their pasts through flashback scenes. Will plays a boy dancing at a party. He has no lines and the scene lasts about 5 seconds. The Road Home (1996) This movie was released directly to video. Will plays the main role and is in almost every scene. The story involves two orphaned brothers (Will is the older one) who run away to go to Boys Town. They must cross the country by "riding the rails" while being pursued by a relentless private detective. Blue Ridge Fall (1999) In a small rural town in South Carolina, three High School football players conspire to help cover up their simple-minded friend's killing of his abusive father. Will plays "Taz," one of the three football players. Cast: Tom Arnold, Rodney Eastman, Will Estes, Peter Facinelli, Jay R. Ferguson, Amy Irving, Chris Isaak, Brent Jennings, Heather Stephens, Dennis W. Zerull. U-571 (2000) A WWII suspense drama about an American submarine's daring mission to capture a secret decoding device from a Nazi U-Boat. Starring: Matthew McConaughey, Bill Paxton, Harvey Keitel, and Jon Bon Jovi. Will plays "Rabbit," one of the crewmen on the submarine. Terror Tract (2000) Horror film starring John Ritter as a real estate agent who tries to sell three houses with bloody histories to an unsuspecting couple. The film is divided into three parts, and Will plays "Sean", a teenager with psychic abilities who has information on a serial killer that is associated with one of the houses. Mimic 2 (2001) Sequel to the movie "Mimic." Horor film where genetically engineered cockroaches from the original movie come back with the ability to mutate into human form. Will plays "Nicky," a recent High School graduate who, along with his former teacher (Alix Koromzay), tries to escape from being killed by the giant cockroaches. New Port South (2001) Will has a lead role in this drama about High School students who conspire to challenge the authority structure at their school. A John Hughes Production; directed by his son, Kyle Cooper. May (2003) Horror film. Unable to make friends, a young woman decides to "make" her own. Will has a cameo appearance in this film. His role was written especially for him by the writer and director, Lucky McKee. Miracle Landing (1990) Will plays David, a boy travelling with his mother on an airplane en route to a Hawaiian island. This is the true story of a plane that had part of its roof ripped off during flight. Will has many small scenes in this suspenseful film. Menu For Murder (1990) Will plays Chad, the son of Julia Duffy who is a PTA member suspected of killing other PTA members (it's a comedy!). When Love Kills: The Seduction Of John Hearn (1993) A CBS mini-series based on a true story about a Vietnam veteran who is lured into a murder scheme. Will has a short scene playing Gary Black, the son of a man who wants his wife killed. The Familiar Stranger (2001) Lifetime Channel Original Movie A woman struggles for 10 years to raise her young sons after her husband commits suicide. She is then shocked to discover he may have faked his own death. Based on a true story. Will plays the older son at age 22. See You In My Dreams (2004)
Based on the autobiographical short stories of Pulitzer Prize-winning author Sam Shepard. This drama is the story of a struggling rancher Joe (Aidan Quinn), his wife Angela (Marcia Gay Harden) and their son Ben (Will Estes). Will's character ages from 16 to 26-years-old in this movie. The Dive From Clausen's Pier (2005) Lifetime Channel Original Movie Based on Ann Packer's best selling novel about a young woman's quest to find herself after her fiance (played by Will) is paralyzed in a diving accident. Stars Michelle Trachtenberg, Sean Maher, and Will Estes. The Last Halloween (Oct. 1991) Will plays a boy who, along with his sister, meet aliens that are fascinated by Halloween. The aliens are animated, but the actors are not. Circus Of The Stars (Fall 1993) Will Estes performs on the flying trapeze. Also, shows a brief sequence of his training for this performance. Includes many celebrities doing circus acts. The New Lassie (1989-91) (syndicated show) Will plays Will McCulloch, Lassie's master. Stars DEE WALLACE STONE, CHRISTOPHER STONE, WILL, WENDY COX, and special appearances by JON PROVOST, the original "Timmy." 46 episodes aired. It Had To Be You (Fall 1993, CBS) This was a sitcom involving a blue-collar single father (Robert Urich) who is attracted to a wealthy businesswoman (Faye Dunaway). Will plays one of ROBERT URICH'S three sons on the show. 4 shows aired. Will did not have too many scenes in this show. However, he did have one very funny scene where he gets stuck in the kitchen without his pants on and has to escape before the neighbor girl (who has a crush on him) barges in through the door. Will's first slapstick comedy routine! Kirk (Fall 1995-Nov. 10, 1996 WB Network) Show staring KIRK CAMERON and his real wife CHELSEA NOBLE in a sitcom about an innocent mid-western guy (Kirk) who moves to New York to become a comic book animator. Before he can start his care-free bachelor life in a small apartment, he gets stuck with having to take in his three younger siblings and become their father figure. It doesn't help that he is wildly attracted to his beautiful neighbor (Chelsea Noble). Will plays Kirk's brother Corey and was featured prominently. Meego (Fall 1997, CBS)
Show starring BRONSON PINCHOT as an alien who crashes on earth and becomes a nanny for an Earth family. Will plays Trip, ED BEGLEY, JR's oldest son. The show was cancelled after six episodes aired. Kelly Kelly (April 20, 1998 - June 7,1998, The WB Network) Sitcom starring Shelley Long as an English Professor who falls in love with a firefighter played by Robert Hays. She must adapt to dealing with his four kids and his "blue collar" lifestyle. Will plays "Sean," the oldest son. This mid-season replacement was cancelled after seven shows aired. American Dreams (2002-2005, NBC)
The story of the Pryor family's journey through the changing times of America in the 1960's. As a backdrop, oldest daughter Meg dances on American Bandstand (actual footage from the show was used along with current musical acts impersonating '60s performers). Will Played JJ Pryor, starting out as a High School football star, and then ending up in Vietnam. Reunion (Fall 2005, FOX) Reunion follows the lives of a group of six friends over the course of 20 years. The show opens in 2005 at the funeral of one of the friends, whose death is being investigated by the police. Before the identity of the deceased is revealed, the show flashes back to 1986, as the group is celebrating their high school graduation. Each subsequent episode is then one year later, culminating in the season finale at the friends' 20th high school reunion and the answer to who killed one of the friends. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled half-way through the season and we never found out who the killer was. Murphy's Law (March 1989) Will portrays a young GEORGE SEGAL in 3 flashback scenes. Stunning performance. Will has few spoken lines - his performance relies more on body language. The story involves his alcoholic father who neglected him. Somewhat sad, but an incredibly touching performance by Will.
Nightingales (Spring 1989) Will has a short appearance as a boy in the hospital.
Harry And The Hendersons (1992) Will plays Brad, one of the popular boys at school. He pretends to be friends with the boy Harry lives with so he can get Harry to be the school mascot.
Baywatch (1992) Will plays a desperate boy found alone on a boat in the ocean. His father has been trapped underwater while scuba diving. While only on the screen for less than 10 minutes, Will delivers a powerful performance.
Full House (1995) This was the final 1 hr. episode of the series (in syndication it is broken into two 1/2 hour parts, but Will's scenes remain intact after editing). Will plays Andrew, a boy who is scared to kiss Stephanie while they rehearse a school play.
Step By Step (94-95 season) Will has a date with one of the daughters. She tries to impress him by playing dumb. He gets turned off by this and tells her he doesn't want to see her again. Boy Meets World
The Secret World Of Alex Mack (1997-98 Season) Will began appearing as a regular guest star in the final season of the show. He plays the boyfriend of Alex Mack, who is a high school girl that has been exposed to chemicals that give her special powers.
Diagnosis Murder (March 5, 1998) Dr. Sloan (Dick Van Dyke) is a guest teacher at a private high school. After one of his students is killed, he is convinced one of his pupils is a murderer. Will plays the role of "Eric," who gets mixed up with a very evil girl. 7th Heaven (1999-2000 Season)
The Fugitive (10-20-2000) Will plays the role of a South Carolina teenager who is wrongfully accused in the death of a sheriff deputy. The Fugitive risks getting caught in order to help him.
Law & Order Special Victims Unit (3-21-2006) The detectives investigate the death of a University student. Will plays Adam, a fellow student with a gambling problem, who is a suspect in the murder.
Eleventh Hour (11-20-2008) An investigation is launched when a government experiment to create supersoldiers goes tragically wrong. Will plays Sgt. Kevin Pierce, an Iraq war veteran who is the victim of mind altering experiments conducted on him without his knowledge.
In Plain Sight (4-19-2009) Will plays Henry, whom the authorities are investigating along with his two sisters after their mother is found dead and stolen gold coins start showing up.
The Cleaner (9-8-2009) Will plays an undercover FBI agent who tries to get help for his drug-addicted girlfriend, who is also the daughter of a powerful drug dealer.
Jonny Quest (1992) (2 hr. movies on USA Net.) Once Upon A Forest (1993) Full length animated movie about a mouse, a mole, and a hedgehog whose forest becomes damaged by a chemical spill. They must set out on an adventure to find help to save their forest. Will has a very small role as the voice of "Willy," one of the creatures they meet on their journey.
Meatloaf (1994) Will has a big part in this long extravagant video. NOTE-- This song is included on the Meatloaf videotape "Bat Out of Hell II: Picture Show."
Bon Jovi (2000) Will plays the role of "Tommy," who just found out about a secret Bon Jovi concert from his girlfriend. He starts running across town, including weaving through traffic and jumping on a garbage truck (Will did most of his own stunts in this video!) to get to the concert.
